Thanks to our 20+ years of experience in the pool industry, we’ve gotten our process down to an art form of its own. Each phase completed will feel like a mini celebration knowing your project is handled by one professional team—from start to finish. Here’s a step-by-step look at our approach.
Consultation
One of the most important phases is our initial meeting. To begin, we will need an official survey of your property so we can kickstart the process. You’ll walk us through your property and lay out your vision for your ideal outdoor space. We take the time to truly listen to you and gain an understanding of your expectations and desires. We also pay attention to practical items like drainage, grades/elevations, and location of utilities and help you think through what will ideally work with your existing property.
Design
After fully understanding how you will use your pool, we’ll create a complimentary, no-obligation 3D rendering utilizing Pool Studio design software. This immersive design experience allows your ideas to come to life before your eyes. You’ll be able to interact with the design and give us feedback. Throughout the design process, we’ll collaborate closely and make any necessary revisions to your design based on your input to ensure form, functionality and budget merge seamlessly.
Estimate
Once you love your design, we’ll provide a detailed estimate for your project. Everything will be laid out in the contract and there will be no hidden fees down the road. We will explain our fee structures and deadlines and offer pool financing options if you are interested.
Meet Your Team
After receiving your signed contract, it’s time to meet your construction supervisor who will work tirelessly to supervise your project. No one likes surprises in the construction business, and we make sure you are informed all along the way. We boast some of the industry’s quickest turn-around times because we handle your project with the utmost attention to detail.
Installation
After a thorough on-site inspection of your property, we will put together a construction schedule that covers all of the phases needed to construct your beautiful pool. From start to finish, the process to build your pool typically takes about 12 weeks depending on how simple or complex your outdoor oasis will be as well as weather conditions.
